1. Şartların Kabulü (Acceptance of Terms)

        Bu uygulamayı cihazınıza yükleyerek, bu şartları kayıtsız şartsız kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.  Eğer bu şartlardan herhangi birine katılmıyorsanız, uygulamayı kullanmamalı ve derhal silmelisiniz.  

2. Kullanım Lisansı ve Kısıtlamalar (License & Restrictions)

        Bu uygulama, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için size lisanslanmıştır.  Uygulamanın içeriğini kopyalamanız, tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) yapmanız veya kaynak koduna erişmeye çalışmanız kesinlikle yasaktır.  Uygulama içerisindeki tüm grafikler, kodlar ve tasarım öğeleri geliştiricinin fikri mülkiyetidir.  

3. Sorumluluk Reddi (Disclaimer of Warranties)

        Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.  Geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez.  Hizmet kalitesi ve kullanım sonuçları ile ilgili tüm risk kullanıcıya aittir. 

 

4. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması (Limitation of Liability)

        Önemli: Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan veri kaybı, donanım hasarı veya herhangi bir dolaylı zarardan geliştirici veya uygulama sorumlu tutulamaz.  Yasal olarak izin verilen en geniş ölçüde, geliştiricinin hiçbir yükümlülüğü bulunmamaktadır.  

5. Hizmet Değişiklikleri (Changes to Service)

        Geliştirici, önceden haber vermeksizin uygulamayı güncelleme, değiştirme veya hizmeti tamamen durdurma hakkını saklı tutar.

        By installing and using this application, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.  If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.  

2. License and Restrictions

        You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use this app.  You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the application (no reverse engineering).  All intellectual property rights within the app belong solely to the developer.  

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

        The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.  The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.  

4. Limitation of Liability

        Important: In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data or device failure, arising from the use of this app.  Your use of the application is at your own risk.  

5. Termination of Service

        The developer reserves the right to modify or terminate the application and its services at any time without prior notice.
